This is the third movie produced about inhabitants of Królowy Most, a small scenic village in northeastern Poland covered with ancient architecture. This time the idyllic atmosphere is disturbed by Marina, who comes with technological advances and wants to introduce computers in to the minute police force. Another character, Staś Niemotko, returns form America after 20 years of emigration, just to realize that there is nothing for him to inherit in the village. In the meantime, the local elections are approaching. In the past, elections were simple with only one candidate competing for office. However, power tempts the villagers and the battle for leadership begins. Królowy Most becomes a miniature of political scene.
